Events are for entertainment purposes only and participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Please note that purchasing ticket(s) does not guarantee that attendees will receive a message or be able to ask questions.

There are no refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased with no exceptions.

Events may be photographed for Mercury Mediums advertising and/or promotions. Attendees agree to be photographed as part of the audience and give permission for their images to be used in Mercury Mediums advertising and/or promotions without compensation.

Attendees understand and agree that the Mercury Mediums are not medical professionals, attorneys, accountants, or other licensed professionals, and cannot give medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Any information given by the Mercury Mediums is not to be used in place of advice from a licensed medical, legal, financial, or other professionals. Readings are intended to offer insight into attendee’s personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, financial, or other advice.

The Mercury Mediums will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of information imparted during events or as a result of any reading or appointment with The Mercury Mediums, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that attendees may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

Attendees, as well as anyone claiming on attendee’s behalf release and forever discharge the Mercury Mediums (the Releasee) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which you or your guests may have against the Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in any Mercury Mediums events.
